The *Best* Book on Decision Making…

A lot of readers email to ask what is the best book on decision making… my response has been the same since I first read it: Judgment in Managerial Decision-Making by Max Bazerman. (Bazerman is the Jesse Isidor Straus Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School.)

My copy of this book (7th ed.) has a highlight on almost every page.

Everyone can learn something from this book.
