The *Best* Book on Decision Making…
A lot of readers email to ask what is the best book on decision making… my response has been the same since I first read it: Judgment in Managerial Decision-Making by Max Bazerman. (Bazerman is the Jesse Isidor Straus Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School.)
My copy of this book (7th ed.) has a highlight on almost every page.
Everyone can learn something from this book.
Got a better book?
If you know of a better book, send me a copy and I promise to read it.
I've had a few people take me up on this offer and no one has changed my mind. One day it will happen and I'll tell you when it does.
